Pepe the Pepper, an adorable rugrat abandoned in lieu of treasure in far off Argentina, is newest member of the Aqua Something family…and just as troublesome as the rest of them. The premiere episode “Big Bro” features classy neighbor Carl resorting to desperate measures to avoid responsibility.
